Our client is a global retail success story growing exponentially annually, embarking on several new security initiatives and looking for an Software Engineering Manager (Supply Chain) to join its growing team.

As a Manager of Software Engineering (Supply Chain) , you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• You will be managing engineering teams looking to relate to senior engineers as well as develop junior members

• You will have full autonomy to be accountable for the engineering/technical health of Supply Chain products.

• Facilitate the hiring process of internal & external Engineers.

• Responsible for ensuring engineering practices are followed.

• Your collaborative skills and management knowledge will allow you to coach, and support the team

• To emphasise this role is all about people management.

• You will have great experience and knowledge of managing engineering teams in a collaborative and supportive style.

• Line management experience of engineering teams and technical individuals.

• A track record of coaching, mentoring and developing a team.
