Sales Manager

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to join their fast-growing organisation and to aid with continued growth across their Fabrication and Machining products in Wolverhampton.

Responsibilities:

•Manage client enquiries from estimating, technical discussions, bid management through to closing the sale.

•Collaborate with the Leadership Team to set Sales & Marketing goals

•Ensure competitive and up-to-date pricing strategies, with a thorough understanding of market positioning, including market share.

•Maintain and expand the competitor analysis database while actively contributing to the development of both existing and new products.

•Research and evaluate new product development and investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with current and future customer technical requirements and market trends.

•Advise Directors on achievable growth potential across various market sectors and product categories.

•Create strategies to increase revenue from core products and introducing new product offerings.

•Lead and oversee all Sales & Marketing initiatives, including digital marketing and social media efforts.

Requirements:

•Experience working within a Sales or Business Development role generating new clients and workflow

•Manage client enquiries from estimating, technical discussions, bid management through to closing the sale.

•Experience and knowledge with Medium to Heavy Fabrication/ Machining

•

Salary- £50,000 - £70,000
